IS THERE A GRANT OR LOAN FOR MOVING FOR POOR HEALTH?
I AM A DISABLED PERSON WITH THREE IMMUNE DISORDERS AND HAVE DOCTORS LETTERS STATING I NEED TO MOVE TO A DRY AND ELEVATED CLIMATE. I PRESENTLY LIVE IN TEXAS WHICH IS HUMID AND HAS MANY ALLERGIES.
IS THERE A LOAN OR GRANT AVAILABLE THAT WOULD ENABLE ME TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT STATE WHERE MY HEALTH WOULD IMPROVE?
A LOAN FROM THE GOVERNMENT WOULD ALSO BE GREAT.

Sounds like you have some very good reasons to move! The fact that you have written documentation should help you to at least be able to write off your moving expenses on your taxes for the year that you move.
There are also many special programs for those with disabilities. If you haven't checked the government's site for the disabled and their caregivers that would be an important place to start. If you're not familiar with it you can find a good review of it here.
