I am on Disability and suffer with severe COPD. My drs and respiratory team have been telling me for yrs that I need to move to a drier climat. Is there a way for me to get financial assistance to make the move. I don't get much from disability and I'm wanting to move from Baton Rouge, La to Sacramento, Ca. How does someone on disability get funding for relocating due to health issues?
