Is a Taxation Grant a real payable grant from the U.S government?
I recieved a call from a guy who said he was Mark Churchman from the U.S Government Grants Management Department Washington, D.C 20201. Later on in the conversation he gave me his badge number, phone number, and my application number & password. He then said he does not want personal info but I have to send $199.00 to process verification as to who I am and I would get it back along with the grant once we completed the 45 min phone interview and payment. Is this real or fake?
