Good for you, we love to see people starting their own business! There are lots of resources out there to help you; best of all a lot of the help is free. To get the most current info I highly recommend the February 2016 issue of the Free Money Newsletter --- it has a whole section about this topic including links to other resources. Check it out here. 

There are also grants to help farmers AND those wanting to get into farming! Our farmer population is aging and the government wants to encourage and help beginning farmers and ranchers. You'll find a nice summary and some details about different programs available in Grants for Farms. Be sure especiallly to note the paragraphs about the Farm Services Agency and the section called Beginning Farmers and Ranchers Loans
