Are there grants for technology training for elderly and homeless?

A few years back I attended a three day free seminar in Atlanta hosted by the White House. I'm now attempting to tap into government funds to assist me with providing free technology training to the elderly and homeless. Does anyone know if that funding for technology training mobile or stationary still exists and if so where? Are there grants for technology training?

I'm not familiar with this particular program. However, the best place for you to get a comprehensive answer about what grants exist for this type of activity is on grants.gov. Check out this review of grants.gov and the best way to use it.
