Could you please help me with gas money to get to and from college? I am a single mother with two children.
I drive 50 miles everyday 4 days a week.

That is a tough situation even though gas prices are starting to come down a bit. Have you tried looking for someone to carpool with?
You might also try some of the crowdfunding sites described here to see if your story strikes a chord with someone who could help. There are several that highlight people who are trying to help themselves and just need some extra support.
