You might consider trying sharing your story on a crowdfunding platform. These are websites that let you tell your story and other donate to help you out!
**Gofundme** is a personal crowdfunding site that might be perfect for you because they focus on helping families with challenging situations like yours. They do take an 8% cut of any money you raise. Another possibility would be **YouCaring”. This organization does not charge you any fee regardless of how much money you raise. And **modestneeds** likes to give short term support for folks that are already working hard and just need a boost so they can get their lives back together. That sounds like you! If you need help putting together a campaign the sites offer a lot support. Perhaps your son or a teenager from a local school or church could help as well.
Also, there is an excellent website for the disabled and those who care for them. It's updated daily and is pretty good at guiding you to resources, including those in your own zip code. If you're not already familir with it, take a look at this guide to using disability.gov.
