You might start by contacting local senior centers. See if they offer this type of class for seniors or if they might be interested in having you provide such a class there. They might have a budget that would allow them to set up some computers that could be used.

A few other possibilities:

- Do an internet search of community development grants available for your city/county/state. Often the states have block grants that let them support this kind of activity.

- Check out this article about grants for nonprofits. It will give you some good tips about how to go about finding government as well as private and foundation grants. If you are not anonprofit you might be able to partner with a local one so that you're elibible for more grants.

- Take a look at the tomsofmaine website and their program called "50 states for good." They support programs that "do good in their communities" and in 2015 they provided $20,000 to grassroots nonprofits in each state in the U.S. Your timing might be good to apply for their 2017 grant program.
