How do I get my cash back? The case was dropped almost 2 years ago! And they destroyed my property. Who will reimburse me? How do I get my cash money and property back? Where's my renter's rebate stimulous?

If your case was dropped quite a while ago it doesn't sound like you have any legal recourse in this situation. Given that, you may have to accept the fact that you are not going to get your money back. Assuming you are the landlord and not the person renting space, there is no "renter's rebate stimulus" for you. The best advice we can think of is for you to consult with a good landlord association and see what they recommend. These associations help to educate and defend the rights of those who rent out space ito others.
