I really need some help. I have been fighting stage 4 cancer. I went to go home and found someone stripped my house. Now they're wanting to condemn my home. Is there any one who can help me?
Any donations and I will be very thankful. The windows, drywall, wire, and doors all need repair. They stripped my home.
My house was stripped. I need help so I am not homeless.
A very tough situation. A couple of suggestions:
- Contact the Patrick Dempsely Center for Cancer Hope & Healing. It's located in Maine but they say that anyone in any location can call. They say they provide free support, education and medicine to anyone who has cancer. Their phone number is 877-336-7287.
- Go to cancercare.org and see if they can offer any useful information or assistance -- that's what they're there for.
- Contact your local legal aid office to see if they can help you free or inexpensively
- Try a crowdfunding site that is for personal needs. Learn more about these sites on this aritcle that includes a review of crowdfunding sites.
