I am disabled and need help. Please.

Please help me with pipes for water lines. Water meter moved from my house to neighbor's. Need flashing where deck connects to trailer roof. Deck pulling away some from top of deck and some boards coming up from water flowing down. No flashing to where boards attach to trailer. 

Carpet at bedroom door missing big chunk and when I enter bed, get off balanced, even when use walker. Makes it go sideways and falls with the walker.
