Disabled and private well broken
I am disabled and have a private well. I don't know the extent of the repairs involved but do not have the funding available due to being on a fixed income. my goal was to install rainwater collection to be self sufficient but that dream has not come to fruition. are there any resources available to me being disabled that can help me with either of these issues? thank you so much for your time
